With just six months to go now until Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice hits theatres, you’d think that we’d be seeing a lot more in the way of trailers and other promo material from the film. While the summer gave us quite a bit, the marketing machine has gone dark in recent months. Thankfully, it looks like it’s about to kick into gear again though, as two new trailers are expected to arrive next month.
According to Heroic Hollywood, Warner Bros. will drop two teasers for the film in October. One will air on October 26th alongside the Supergirl premiere and apparently, it will focus entirely on the Man of Steel. On the same night, they’ll drop a second teaser that will air with Gotham and focus solely on, you guessed it, Batman.

Then, a few weeks later, the teasers will be combined into a new full-length trailer that will play in front of Creed, which hits theatres on November 25th. That will presumably be the last we see from the film until the new year, but we definitely can’t complain if this turns out to be accurate.
Of course, Heroic Hollywood could be wrong, but their track record is pretty solid and this does seem like a reasonable approach for Warner Bros. to take. We’ll just need to hang tight for another month though and see if it really happens.
Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice will hit theatres on March 25th, 2016, a date that cannot come soon enough.
