Coldwell Banker have positioned themselves as the movie’s official real estate partner, and this clever advert actually promotes the sale of Professor Xavier’s School For Gifted Youngsters – it’ll only set you back $75 million.

They include several brand new shots from the film here, such as Jubilee (Lana Condor) and Nightcrawler (Kodi Smit-McPhee) excitedly walking towards a little sit down with Professor X (James McAvoy), and another bunch of characters – including Cyclops (Tye Sheridan) with his eyes bandaged up – strolling through the grounds of the X-Mansion.

We found out last night that a new 2m 33s trailer for the movie had been classified, and should be with us sometime over the weekend. Will it feature a surprise appearance from a certain mutton-chopped mutant berserker? We’ll have to wait and see.

X-Men: Apocalypse is set for release on May 27. Until then, check out the new footage above and some recently released photos in the gallery below.
