The Berlin Film Festival has only just kicked off, but already it’s proven to be tremendously busy, with numerous high profile projects coming together and many actors and actresses finding their next roles. Everyone from Jake Gyllenhaal to Tom Hanks have been making headlines over in Germany and now, we’re learning of three more talented individuals who’ve found a new project to sink their teeth into.

That’s because David Raymond’s Nomis has picked up Justice League‘s Henry Cavill, Ben Kingsley and Alexandra Daddario. The psychological thriller will be arriving courtesy of Fortitude International as it looks for buyers in Berlin this week. Written by Raymond, who will also produce, the story follows “an American police force who trap an online predator, only to realize the depth of his crimes goes far beyond anything they had anticipated.” No word yet on who’s stepping into which roles, but color us intrigued.

Production is set to get underway in Winnipeg later this month with an eye towards a 2018 release. At the moment, Cavill, Kingsley and Daddario are the only cast members attached, but with Nomis now boasting some considerable star power, we imagine a few more notable names will find their way into the project before it starts shooting.

Speaking about his cast, Raymond had the following to say earlier today:

“I’m overjoyed by our cast. Henry’s got such a strong presence onscreen, but he’s also incredibly smart and has a wicked sense of humor. I think people are going to be blown away by what he’s going to do with this role. Sir Ben is always incredible. I wrote the character for him, so I was quite relieved when he signed on. Alexandra is a raw talent and has an undeniable electricity, which is exactly why I wanted her in this role.”

Tell us, do you like how Nomis is shaping up so far? Does it have your interest? Sound off in the usual spot and let us know!
