New Photo Reveals Every Confirmed Character In Avengers: Infinity War

When it comes to Avengers: Infinity War, it's best to expect the unexpected. Marvel's super-sized crossover is said to be unlike any other superhero movie before it, while Mark Ruffalo (Thor: Ragnarok) recently went on record to claim that Infinity War has what it takes to become a "funny, moving" epic. High praise indeed from an actor who already has two Avengers credits to his name.

Marvel’s super-sized crossover is said to be unlike any other superhero movie before it, while Mark Ruffalo (Thor: Ragnarok) recently went on record to claim that Infinity War has what it takes to become a “funny, moving” epic. High praise indeed from an actor who already has two Avengers credits to his name.

But if there’s one element of Infinity War that continues to fuel debate online, it’s the character roster. Beyond the MCU stalwarts (see: Iron Man, Captain America, Black Widow, etc.), Joe and Anthony Russo have been understandably coy when it comes to the official cast list. And though that’s still the case, one eager fan has now taken it upon themselves to piece together a photo that gives us a pretty good idea of who’ll be in the film. Granted, there may be a few more individuals who end up showing up that aren’t pictured here, but what you’ll see below is every confirmed character to date, and suffice it to say, it’s an absolutely massive roster – as expected.

Obviously, the film won’t be giving a starring role to all these individuals and most of them may just show up for a few moments throughout, but still, there are going to be a lot of characters involved here and we can’t even imagine how chaotic it must have been on set juggling everything. Not to mention what a difficult job the Russos had in regards to ensuring that the plot and action is clear and easy to follow throughout, which was no doubt tremendously challenging with so many heroes, villains and supporting players involved.

It’s said to be a film of “infinite proportions,” according to Marvel boss Kevin Feige, at least, and we’ll finally be able to find out what all the fuss is about when Avengers: Infinity War drops on May 4th, 2018. Soon after that, the MCU will swing its doors open to Ant-Man and the Wasp and Captain Marvel, the first female-fronted Marvel film, before Avengers 4 ties a bow around Phase 3 in 2019.
