Add two more names to the ever growing cast for Jason Segel’s upcoming film The Muppets. Ricky Gervais and Emily Blunt have now joined the film. With a cast that already includes Alan Arkin, Jack Black, Billy Crystal, Zach Galifianakis, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Jason Segel, Rashida Jones, Chris Cooper and Amy Adams. And rumors circling that stars such as Paul Rudd, Lady Gaga, Ed Helms, John Krasinski, Jane Lynch and Danny Trejo may join, this is turning into quite the spectacle.
Quite honestly, I don’t see what the big draw of the film is, I’m still not particularly excited for it. Sure I’m interested to see this colourful cast but the actual film itself, I could care less about, at this point at least. What’s the big deal about the film? I guess we’ll find out next Christmas when the film is released.
