Michelangelo, Donatello, Leonardo and Raphael take to the skies in the riotous final trailer for Dave Green’s (Earth to Echo) CG-laden action romp, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows.
Diving out of one plane to hijack another, the action sequence featured in today’s all-new snippet is reminiscent of the masterful opening found in The Dark Knight Rises – only with half the cinematic flair and four times as many mind-numbing characters.
But thanks to a box office haul of $500 million two years ago, we now arrive at Out of the Shadows. Replacing Jonathan Liebesman at the helm, Green has banded together an ensemble cast for the imminent blockbuster, including Gary Anthony Williams and WWE fan-favorite Stephen “Sheamus” Farrelly as hulking henchmen Bebop and Rocksteady, with Megan Fox, Tyler Perry, Will Arnett, William Fichtner, Stephen Amell, Laura Linney and the voice of Brad Garrett, who recently supplanted Fred Armisen in the role of Krang.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows hits the big screen on June 3.
