Samuel L. Jackson Thinks He Knows How Thanos’ Snap Will Be Reversed In Avengers 4

We all know that Thanos' snap will be reversed in Avengers 4, but very few people know how that'll play out. Samuel L. Jackson seems to be one of them, though.

The climax of Avengers: Infinity War was absolutely devastating, with a whole host of some of the biggest names in the MCU being wiped out. And the death didn’t stop in the post-credits scene, either, as both Nick Fury and Maria Hill fell victim to Thanos’ Snap, too. Thankfully, though, there was a glimmer of hope, as Fury’s last act before turning to dust was to send an S.O.S. to Captain Marvel.

As such, we know that Carol Danvers is on the way and will be there to assist the remaining heroes in Avengers 4. And if Samuel L. Jackson’s to be believed, she just might be the key to bringing back all those who were killed in Infinity War as well. After all, there is a solution to fix everything and though we won’t learn what that is until next year, you’d have to imagine those involved in the MCU are privy to that sort of information.

Judging by Jackson’s comments, it doesn’t seem as if Marvel told him directly how things will play out, but from his role in Captain Marvel, he’s been able to put the pieces together. Speaking to Vulture in a recent interview to promote Incredibles 2, here’s what he shared:

“I do know there’s a solution that they didn’t even have to tell me, just because I know who Captain Marvel is and what all that means.”

Though he keeps things pretty vague here, it’s obvious that whatever happens in Carol Danvers’ upcoming solo movie will explain, or at least hint towards, how Earth’s Mightiest Heroes will be able to reverse what Thanos did. Chances are it has something to do with the Quantum Realm, too, with Ant-Man and the Wasp set to explore that aspect of the MCU in depth next month, before Captain Marvel dives into it as well.

Whatever the answer to all this is, it’s no secret that Spider-Man, Black Panther, Bucky and the rest of the gang will be amongst the living again by the time Avengers 4 rolls around. The only question, is, how will they make their return?
