Tina Fey And Ronda Rousey Will Be Do Nothing Bitches For Universal

Given the success of Sisters, it's easy to see why Tina Fey and Universal are keen on continuing to work together. While the actress' next outing won't include Amy Poehler, unfortunately, she's still got an equally as exciting co-star, as Deadline reports that Fey will star in the studio's comedy, titled Do Nothing Bitches, alongside Ronda Rousey.

Given the success of Sisters, it’s easy to see why Tina Fey and Universal are keen on continuing to work together. While the actress’ next outing won’t include Amy Poehler, unfortunately, she’s still got an equally as exciting co-star, as Deadline reports that Fey will star in the studio’s upcoming comedy, titled Do Nothing Bitches, alongside Ronda Rousey.

The plot is being kept under wraps for now, but apparently the basic outline is that it will centre on “wealthy pampered wives who receive a “rude awakening” at a camp run by a no-nonsense instructor.” Obviously, Fey is likely set to play one of the wives while Rousey will no doubt be the instructor.

While Fey has proven her comedic chops time and time again, it will be interesting to see how the former MMA fighter does in a project like this. Rousey has shown up in Furious 7 as a villain and had a small role in Warner Bros.’ Entourage, not to mention a part in The Expendables 3, but this is by far her biggest job to date. And while she’s not exactly a terrible actress, she’ll definitely have to work hard if she’s to hold the screen with a comedic heavyweight like Fey.

Do Nothing Bitches is still without a start date and a director, but with two leads now locked in, we’re sure that it will only be a matter of time before we hear more on this one.
