It was only this morning that we digested the most recent batch of set photos for Ant-Man and the Wasp, in which Michael Douglas’ Hank Pym was seen sporting a very peculiar disguise, and we now have another helping of pictures that were captured on location in Atlanta – the same city that’s currently playing host to a number of big-name blockbusters, including Godzilla: King of the Monsters and the untitled Avengers 4.

When it comes to Peyton Reed’s pint-sized sequel, though, Marvel boss Kevin Feige recently confirmed that principal photography ought to be finished in the coming weeks, which is just as well considering Sony’s Venom spinoff is about to move into town.

Meanwhile, Just Jared’s latest scoop is all about the titular duo at the heart of the movie, as below you’ll find both Paul Rudd (Scott Lang) and Evangeline Lilly (Hope Van Dyne) suited, booted, and ready to confront Sonny Burch of Cross Industries. Played here by soon-to-be Tomb Raider star Walton Goggins, Burch is a corporate villain who likely assumes a similar role to that of Darren Cross/Yellow Jacket.

Per Just Jared:

It’s impossible to wean any story details from this batch of photos alone, but it’s nevertheless exciting to see both Ant-Man and the Wasp standing shoulder to shoulder as they begin to uncover “secrets from their past.”

Set soon after the events of Captain America: Civil War, and starring Laurence Fishburne, Michelle Pfeiffer and Tomb Raider‘s Hannah John-Kamen, Ant-Man and the Wasp is expected to scurry into theaters on July 6th, 2018.

Next up for the Marvel Cinematic Universe is the release of Thor: Ragnarok in November of this year, and Taika Waititi’s galactic threequel is reportedly set to scoop up around $90m-$100m at the domestic box office in three weeks’ time.
