After Natalie Portman engaged in casual sex in No Strings Attached, the other star of Black Swan, Mila Kunis, gets her chance to do the same. Today we have a new trailer for Sony’s upcoming film Friends With Benefits. The film stars Justin Timberlake, Mila Kunis, Emma Stone, Woody Harrelson, Jenna Elfman, Patricia Clarkson, Richard Jenkins, and Andy Samberg. Easy A‘s Will Gluck will direct and the film is currently slated for a July 22 release date.

As mentioned before, we’ve already seen this type of film, with No Strings Attached. Despite the film being a bit too sappy and a bit too much of a chick flick, I didn’t mind it. Maybe it’s just because of my love for Natalie Portman? Who knows? Friends With Benefits looks to follow in the same vein but it looks a bit more raunchier and more R-rated. We already saw a glimpse of this in the red band trailer. I like the idea behind the film and hopefully it will be less sappy and romantic than No Strings Attached. Because that’s what really killed that film. From the looks of the trailer though, it looks like Friends With Benefits will be a fun, entertaining film. It has a nice cast and Will Gluck’s Easy A was pretty enjoyable. For now, I remain optimistic about this one. Check out the trailer below.
