So we missed a few trailers this week, it happens. It’s been a busy week for news and unfortunately, we didn’t get around to posting a number of new previews that surfaced. But fear not loyal reader as we’re bringing them all to you in a handy dandy trailer roundup post. Let’s dive in, shall we?

First up is 21 Jump Street. With Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum leading the charge on this remake of the 1980’s television show, the March release date can’t come soon enough. Both Hill and Tatum are very watchable actors and judging by this red band trailer, it looks like we’re in for quite an entertaining trip that’s full of laughs. Check out the trailer below.

Next up is Underworld: Awakening, the fourth film in the vampire/werewolf series. Kate Beckinsale returns on January 20th as our heroine, Selene. The franchise has a pretty well established fanbase and admittedly, I know a lot of people that are eagerly awaiting this one. For me personally, I’ll be honest, I’m kind of eager as well.

Selene looks as sexy as ever, the stylized fighting is back and the excessive slow-mo looks to make a return as well. Really, this is just more of the same but when it comes to the Underworld series, that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Check out the trailer below and let us know what you think.

We Bought A Zoo is the next trailer we have. The film is gaining buzz because it’s the first feature film that we’ve seen from director Cameron Crowe in almost 6 years. Admittedly, I loved both Almost Famous and Jerry Maguire, but I’m just not feeling it with We Bought A Zoo. I didn’t love what I saw in the first trailer and this one doesn’t do much for me either. Feel free to disagree with me but until I see a finished product, I’m standing strong on my view.

Sorry, the video is currently unavailable.

And last but not least is Safe House. Out of all the trailers here this one impressed me the most. The use of No Church In The Wild (by Jay-Z and Kanye West) was an excellent choice and quite frankly, this movie looks awesome. Denzel looks badass as ever and it’s safe to say that we’re going to get an adrenaline fuelled thrill ride with Safe House. An edge of your seat, balls to the wall, high speed thriller is what this comes off as and personally, that’s exactly what I’d want to see from a film like this. Plus, Ryan Reynolds is awesome and rarely gives a dull performance. Check out the trailer below and let us know what you think.
