Watch Ant-Man And The Wasp’s Paul Rudd And Evangeline Lilly Imitate The Avengers

Avengers: Infinity War united just about every hero littering the Marvel Cinematic Universe - everyone, that is, except Hawkeye, Ant-Man and Wasp. The latter two have now got their own back, though, by hilariously mocking Earth's Mightiest Heroes in this new promo for Ant-Man and the Wasp.

Seen below, stars Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly are set the task of imitating their fellow defenders with just one gesture, and the results are rib-tickling, as the pair either nail it or go way off base. Watch out for Rudd’s pitch-perfect impression of Doctor Strange, in particular.

Of course, Ant-Man was briefly referenced in Infinity War when it was explained by Black Widow that he and Hawkeye were out of action because they were under house arrest due to their involvement in the Sokovia Accords conflict. Wasp wasn’t mentioned, though, as the rest of the Avengers have yet to be introduced to her. And it looks like they might never be, as things seemed pretty dire for Scott Lang and his friends by the end of Ant-Man and the Wasp.

In the film’s shocking post-credits scene, Scott travels back into the Quantum Realm with the assistance of Hope Van Dyne and her parents Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and Janet (Michelle Pfeiffer). However, it’s at this moment that Thanos’ snap occurs and the trio are turned to dust, leaving Ant-Man marooned in the Microverse.

That’s the nail-biting situation that the astonishing shrinking superhero’s left in. And, seeing as it’s rumored that Avengers 4 will begin with a leap forward in time by a few years, it’s looking likely that Scott’s stuck in the Quantum Realm for a while. Maybe he can keep himself occupied by doing impersonations of the Avengers?
