Here’s Every Big Movie Coming To San Diego Comic-Con

San Diego Comic-Con is set to take place next month and as usual, it's promising to be a geek-utopia. Here's what you can expect to see.

San Diego Comic-Con is set to take place between July 19th and 22nd and, as usual, it’s promising to be a geek-utopia: a promised land of movie news featuring all that’s epic in the comic book world and beyond. Except for Marvel. They’re on vacation. But there’s still much to look forward to and to help you get ready, we’ve provided a little rundown below of what each studio plans to bring.

Warner Bros.

This really looks to be DC’s year at the convention. Or at least, we hope it is. There are promising promo images coming from both James Wan’s Aquaman and Patty Jenkins’ Wonder Woman 1984 at the moment and it’s all but confirmed that the latter will have some footage to show off while Arthur Curry’s first solo outing is definitely getting a trailer. Alongside that, Shazam! also seems set to cause a scene. So eyes out for that one, too.

Fox

It’ll be an odd one for 20th Century Fox this year with new daddy Disney watching closely. Studio panels are supposed to be focusing strongly on Shane Black’s The Predatorbut there’s a good possibility of some tantalizing Dark Phoenix and/or X Force tidbits as well.

Sony

Sony looks set to come out swinging with further details on both Venom and Into The Spider-Verse expected. Fingers crossed we actually see some more of the symbiote and perhaps even a sneak peek at Spider-Man: Far From Home, too.

Lionsgate

Lionsgate may just throw down the gauntlet with the final part of the John Wick trilogy and the David Harbour-starring Hellboy reboot to shout about.

Universal

Universal may have something to show with M. Night Shyamalan’s Glass wrapped but will most likely mainly focus on who’s coming home in Halloween.

Paramount

Last and, well, least is Paramount Pictures with the Transformers standalone movie starring most people’s second favorite VW Beetle, Bumblebee. Yikes.
