Despite telling Bautista that he’ll see him soon, it’s unlikely that O’Neil’s going to be featuring in any scenes involving Drax as, sadly, he was just one of many heroes to end Infinity War as a pile of dust. This leaves a possible role in Avengers 4, which will be undergoing reshoots sometime this year – but even then, it’s questionable whether they’re going to introduce too many new characters into the film.

Captain Marvel is the most likely candidate, then, which is currently in production, with new members of the cast being announced fairly frequently. Word is that the main driver of the plot in that movie is the Kree/Skrull war, so it’s possible that we could see O’Neil coated in latex as a warrior in one of those two alien armies. A potential candidate might be Kree commander Yon-Rogg, who captures Carol Danvers in the comics. Or perhaps cyber-genetic Kree warrior Korath-Thak.

Either way, O’Neil is justifiably excited to be involved in the franchise, explaining that he considers himself to be a “blessed man.” I suspect we’ll know pretty soon who he’s going to be appearing as in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, or at the very minimum, which movie he’s been cast in. But right now, all we can do is speculate.

Tell us, who do you think Titus O’Neil could be playing in the MCU? And furthermore, which film might he show up in? Again, our bet’s Captain Marvel, but let us know what your money’s on.
