Above & Beyond set the bar high for themselves at last year’s EDC Las Vegas when they brought out Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston to “push the button.” It was an attention grabbing event that upheld a long running tradition, where the esteemed trio bring out a guest at each show to push the button and kick off the group’s song “Sun & Moon.”
Fans usually do all they can to get themselves noticed so that they can have the opportunity to push the button. But for this year’s EDC Las Vegas, the festival crowds didn’t stand a chance against an unlikely set of guests who would ultimately take on the button pushing responsibility for the EDM trio.
As you can see in the video above, one fan accompanied his grandparents this weekend to the major festival and requested that Above & Beyond let them push the button this year. Unsurprisingly, the group obliged, resulting in one of the more memorable episodes of the tradition while proving that it’s never too late in life to become a raver.
