Dance music producer Erick Morillo has teamed up with DJ duo Eli & Fur on a new tech house track dubbed “Thunder & Lightning.” The new single was released today via Subliminal Records and features a blend of underground house grooves and sleepy female vocals.
Clocking in at seven minutes, “Thunder & Lightning” is a slow burning tech house affair perfect for late nights in a dimly lit club. Ignoring the desires of the masses for compact, accessible dance music, Erick Morillo instead delivers an underground anthem with a haunting vibe. “Thunder & Lightning” sports a minimalistic structure, with elements taking their time to repeat throughout the production as new sounds are slowly introduced in the mix.
