On “Baldadig,” Hardwell delivers on the kind of electrifying big room house we’ve come to expect from the DJ. The track kicks off with an ominous horn melody and rising sound effects, as a repeated vocal sample stutters alongside rushing snare hits. After a frenzy of a build up, “Baldadig” explodes into the drop, complete with rhythmic synth melodies that intersect the steady pounding of a house beat.

“Baldadig” ranks as a classic big room outing as the two producers flex their usual electro muscles throughout the track’s production to deliver a thumping festival banger. While there’s not much here that breaks the big room mold, the new song will surely appeal to proponents of the genre and we expect to be hearing it a lot in Hardwell‘s sets in the future.

You can listen to the new tune above, starting around the 43:49 mark.
