With Ultra Music Festival in full swing, the organizers have taken the opportunity to strike while the iron is hot and reveal the headliners for the recently announced Ultra Brasil.

Taking place in Rio on October 14-15, the fest will feature performances from none other than Martin Garrix and Carl Cox, with the latter bringing his Carl Cox & Friends experience down south for the event. No other headliners were revealed, but the two aforementioned artists are certainly a strong start.

In case you couldn’t tell, South America is quickly becoming a very hot scene for EDM, and clearly the industry is sitting up and taking notice of that. Brasil has been consistently named as one of the most desirable party destinations on the planet, and having been to Rio before myself, I can tell you that it’ll be the perfect destination to hold a festival like Ultra.

Tell us, do you have any plans to attend Ultra Brasil this year? Let us know below and stay tuned for more lineup announcements, as we’ll surely be getting some soon now that the first two headliners have been revealed.
