MED Releases “This Is Your Life” Featuring Blu

Here's a new track from West Coast's MED (aka Medaphoar) called This Is Your Life, which features Blu and is produced by one of the California's top producers Exile. This track is off of 'Bang Ya Head 3', which releases independently on April 26th through Fat Beats Distro. M.E.D.'s proper sophomore album will be releasing later this spring/summer on Stones Throw Records.

Exile kills the beat as always. This is such a soulful record and is a perfect start to the spring. While M.E.D. gives an impressive verse, this really makes me fiend for that Blu and Exile followup to ‘Below the Heavens’, one of my favorite hip hop albums in the last five years.
