“Over Again” sees Calfan crafting an alluring deep house production, featuring some spellbinding topline efforts from an unnamed female vocal collaborator. The song kicks off with a steady shuffling four on the floor groove set against offbeat piano chords stacks as the percussion gradually builds in intensity. Following the build up, staccato bass stabs intersect the persistent grind of the beat as airy vocal melodies drift over top.

It doesn’t exactly push the genre forward, but Michael Calfan‘s latest effort offers up clean production values and pleasing vocal hooks, bringing plenty to the table for mainstream house heads to enjoy.

“Over Again” is set to drop on October 17 via Spinnin’ Records, so stay tuned for the official release next week.
