Missy Elliott Goes In On Jack U’s Take U There

Now that Missy Elliott is relevant again, Skrillex and Diplo have decided to bring her in on a remix of their hit Jack U track, Take U There. Released in full earlier today, the rapper's take on the song is fast and furious, as she lays down bars over the catchy beat as the song's original singer, Kiesza, takes more of a backseat role.

As we eagerly await the full Jack U album, which is set to drop in a few weeks, this remix should definitely be enough to tide us over. Elliott’s infectious vocals give the track a bit more energy and augment it quite well. Admittedly, I like some of the other remixes a bit better (namely, the Zeds Dead one), but this is certainly some solid work and is well worth a listen.
