Move Over Osama, Obama Is The Biggest Terrorist Says Lupe Fiasco

Sorry Osama, looks like you're not the world's biggest terrorist anymore. Sure, the former al-Qaeda leader may be dead but he is still considered to be, or I guess was considered to be the world's biggest terrorist. Either way, that honour now goes to U.S. President Barack Obama, or at least that's what hip-hop artist Lupe Fiasco says. The rapper is known for speaking his mind and not holding his tongue. Just listen to any of his songs, the vast majority are of them are politically charged and almost all of them feature great lyrics.

Sorry Osama, looks like you’re not the world’s biggest terrorist anymore. Sure, the former al-Qaeda leader may be dead but he is still considered to be, or I guess was considered to be the world’s biggest terrorist. Either way, that honour now goes to U.S. President Barack Obama, or at least that’s what hip-hop artist Lupe Fiasco says. The rapper is known for speaking his mind and not holding his tongue. Just listen to any of his songs, the vast majority are of them are politically charged and almost all of them feature great lyrics.

If you listen closely to his brilliant song Words I Never Said, he takes a few jabs at Obama when he says “Limbaugh is a racist, Glenn Beck is a racist, Gaza Strip was getting burned, Obama didn’t say shit/ That’s why I ain’t vote for him, next one either.”

In a recent interview with CBS News’ “What’s Trending”, the rapper speaks his mind on the government, voting, politics and terrorism. Check out what he had to say below.

“In my fight against terrorism, to me, the biggest terrorist is Obama in the United States of America,” the Chicago lyricist said. “For me, I’m trying to fight the terrorism that’s actually causing the other forms of terrorism. The root cause of the terrorism is the stuff that you as a government allow to happen and the foreign policies that we have in place in different countries that inspire people to become terrorists. And it’s easy for us because it’s really just some oil, which we can really get on our own.”

Lupe, who didn’t vote in the last election, will not be voting in 2012. “I don’t vote. I don’t get involved in the political process because it’s meaningless, to be honest. I’m a real big believer if I’m gonna vouch for someone, then I’m gonna stand behind everything that they do,” he explained. “So politicians aren’t gonna do that because I don’t want you to bomb some village in the middle of nowhere.”

He was then asked what would happen if no one voted to which he replied, “Who knows. Let’s try it out and see what happens.”

That’s why I love Lupe Fiasco. Not only do I agree with his political views, but he’s not afraid to speak his mind and let us know what he thinks. We really need more artists like him. Too many celebrities these days are too obsessed with their image and they just conform to what’s acceptable in society. We need more people who are willing to be different and take the opposing side.

Check out Lupe’s interview below and let us know if you support him.
