Festival goers at Mad Decent Block Party over the weekend were treated to a surprise set from rap superstar Drake. Although he's been busy with a four night series of performances at Madison Square Garden as part of his Summer Sixteen tour with Future, the Canadian rapper managed to find the time to spit some verses for the packed crowd in Brooklyn.

Although he’s been busy with a four night series of performances at Madison Square Garden as part of his Summer Sixteen tour with Future, the Canadian rapper managed to find the time to spit some verses for the packed crowd in Brooklyn.

During his MDBP set, Drake dropped a number of his well known tunes, including his DJ Khaled collaboration “For Free,” the Meek Mill diss track “Back To Back,” and his single with Future, “Jumpman.”

Drake’s unscheduled performance at the Brooklyn leg of Mad Decent Block Party came as something of a surprise, but fans at the festival were no doubt stoked to see the famed rapper’s set.
