Babel Rising Released For PSN And XBLA

Today, Ubisoft has released Babel Rising for both Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network. The game makes use of the Kinect sensor and PlayStation Move motion controller, allowing players to harness godlike powers and prevent humans from building the Tower of Babel.

OMG – It’s Babel Rising

MONTRÉAL — June 13, 2012 — Today, Ubisoft® put the power of the gods in gamers’ hands in Babel Rising – a god game that gives players power to smite ancient Babylonians. Babel Rising is available now on PlayStation®Network  and Xbox LIVE® Arcade for $9.99 and 800 Microsoft Points.

Babel Rising will give players godlike powers to prevent humans from building the Tower of Babel. Developed by Mando Productions, Babel Rising will utilize the Kinect™ for Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and the PlayStation®Move motion controller for PlayStation®3 system, putting the power of disastrous elements in the palms of gamers’ hands. Babel Rising also features competitive and cooperative multiplayer modes, and allows players to test their divine powers against each other.
