Resident Evil 6 Anthology And Archives Coming To PS3 And 360

Capcom has announced that in edition to the standard release of Resident Evil 6 on October 2 for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, each system will also get a separate special edition collection that adds several previous games in the series as part of a bundle.

Capcom has announced that in addition to the standard release of Resident Evil 6 on October 2 for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, each system will also get a separate special edition collection that adds several previous games in the series as part of a bundle.

The PlayStation 3 version, called the Resident Evil 6 Anthology, will include every main, numbered entry in the series so far, including Resident Evil: Director’s Cut, Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, Resident Evil 4 HD, Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition, and Resident Evil 6.

The Xbox 360 version, called the Resident Evil 6 Archives, will differ in its lineup, and will include Resident Evil Code: Veronica X HD, Resident Evil 4 HD, Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition, Resident Evil 6, and a DVD of the direct-to-video animated film Resident Evil: Degeneration.

Both of these collections will come out along with the standard Resident Evil 6 package on October 2, with each one retailing for $89.99. We will keep you updated as more Resident Evil 6 news is revealed.
