Batman: Arkham City Will Feature Robin As A Pre-Order Bonus

Warner Bros. has officially confirmed that the Tim Drake version of Robin will be available for Batman: Arkham City as a pre-order bonus through Best Buy. Robin will be a playable character in the game's challenge mode with his own special gadgets and moves, playable on all challenge maps as well as two new ones included with the character called Black Mask Hideout and Freight Train Escape. You'll also get a bonus "Red Robin" character skin, which is presumably the classic Dick Grayson costume.

Warner Bros. has officially confirmed that the Tim Drake version of Robin will be available for Batman: Arkham City as a pre-order bonus through Best Buy. Robin will be a playable character in the game’s challenge mode with his own special gadgets and moves, playable on all challenge maps as well as two new ones included with the character called Black Mask Hideout and Freight Train Escape. You’ll also get a bonus “Red Robin” character skin, which is presumably the classic Dick Grayson costume.

Although Warner Bros. says that Robin is “currently available exclusively to North American fans who pre-order the game from Best Buy”, it’s a pretty safe bet that this content will be available to all others down the line if you’re willing to shell out a few bucks for it.

Batman: Arkham City is out on October 18 in the US and October 21 internationally.
