In order to get a new generation of gamers excited about this release, the trailer makes sure to mention that Max Payne 3 is coming to them from the same developer that made headlines with Grand Theft Auto 3 and Red Dead Redemption. What’s interesting is that the first Max Payne game debuted before both of those releases.

Max Payne 3 will dive onto consoles on May 15th, with a PC release following on May 29.
