Nintendo have announced that New Super Mario Bros. 2 will be launching this August for the 3DS. The game was announced by Nintendo president Satoru Iwata via their Nintendo Direct livestream.
Nintendo of America posted a picture of the game on their Twitter and it looks very similar to previous incarnations in the series.
We’ll let you know more details when they come but expect to hear more about New Super Mario Bros. 2 as this year’s E3 approaches.
The game will release in August for both Japan and America.
