Get Your First Look At Lockjaw In Leaked Scene From Marvel’s Inhumans

The reception of the character designs on Marvel's latest TV series, Inhumans, has been decidedly mixed so far, after the costumes for Black Bolt and Medusa either took liberties with the comics or just looked plain cheap. Still, there is one character who's been kept under lock and key that fans are getting excited to see. That's right, we're talking about Lockjaw.

Still, there is one character who’s been kept under lock and key that fans are getting excited to see. That’s right, we’re talking about Lockjaw.

In case you don’t know, Lockjaw is the loyal pet of the Inhuman royal family. Resembling a giant bulldog, he has the power to teleport himself and his masters from Earth to their home city of Attilan, and vice versa. Because the character can be a difficult one to realize on a TV budget, many have been eager to see how he’d turn out. Well, wonder no more, as our first look at Lockjaw has now leaked online.

A Twitter user going by the name @AreYouInhuman has managed to get a hold of a snippet from the upcoming first full trailer for the showThe silent video depicts just three seconds of footage, but it’s enough to get a glimpse of Lockjaw in action.

As you can see above, the brief clip shows Lockjaw doing what he does best and teleporting his king, Black Bolt, onto a busy urban street. Going by BB’s look of bewilderment at his new environment, we’re betting that he doesn’t take many trips to Earth.

Inhumans stars an ensemble cast including Anson Mount, Serinda Swan, Iwan Rheon, Ken Leung, Eme Ikwuakor, Isabelle Cornish, Ellen Woglom, Sonya Balmores and Mike Moh. In a unique and exciting move, the first two episodes will be shown in IMAX theaters worldwide for two weeks starting September 1st. The eight-part series will then air on ABC from September 22nd.
