TV Equals is reporting that Jorge Garcia is joining fellow Lost alum Maggie Grace on the upcoming season of Californication.
Coming off the lead role in the underrated FOX drama Alcatraz, Garcia will only make an appearance in one episode. His role be connected to Grace’s role though.
Grace plays Faith, “a groupie who develops an unconventional relationship with Hank Moody (David Duchovny).” Garcia will play “an old contact from Faith’s past.” Whatever that may mean.
Though it’s upsetting that he’ll only be in one episode, it will still be nice to see Garcia show up here. Especially alongside another Lost alum. It’s a shame that Alcatraz had to get the axe but I’m happy to se that Garcia is still getting work as I’ve always enjoyed him as an actor.
Production on season six of Showtime’s hit show is underway and is expected to premiere in early 2013.
