According to ComicBook.com, Keiynan Lonsdale will be exiting as a series regular immediately following the premiere episode of season 4. What’ll also no doubt raise a few eyebrows is that he’s not expected to head back to The Flash, either, so that makes us fear for the future of his character.

Of course, the outlet doesn’t rule out him possibly coming back further down the line, but I’m sure that many of you reading this are also experiencing a bad feeling in your gut. Whether it be at the hands of a traitor or by the claw of some mythical creature, we can’t rule out the young speedster meeting an unfortunate end come October.

Personally, I’m not sure how I feel about Wally theoretically dying on a show he didn’t originate on, but that’s not my decision to make. If he does give up the ghost, I just hope that proper tribute is given to him over on The Flash, as that’s where his family resides. Of course, the Waverider crew could also just keep his fate to themselves for a while, thus forcing those in Central City to be awkwardly unaware of the situation.

Legends of Tomorrow returns for its fourth season on Monday nights this fall on The CW. In the meantime, we’ll keep you posted on all relevant news should anymore surface.
