Love Season 2 Trailer Arrives Just In Time For Valentine’s Day

Tossing common sense out the window, Gillian Jacobs and Paul Rust give Love a shot in the quirky trailer for season 2 of Netflix's original series.

Like it or lump it, Valentine’s Day is upon us – and there’s Love in the air.

And we’re not talking about the sickeningly sentimental, schmaltzy kind that’s no doubt populating your various social feeds; instead, we’re referring to the Netflix original series that struck a chord with subscribers last year with a refreshingly frank, down-to-earth look at romance in the 21st century. Told through the lens of Mickey and Gus – Community‘s Gillian Jacobs and Paul Rust, respectively – Love chronicles the unlikely romance that blossoms when a self-confessed sex addict (Mickey) crosses paths with an aspiring screenwriter named Gus. It’s a dynamic that brings a whole new meaning to the term ‘it’s complicated’ and up above you’ll find the very first trailer for Love season 2, which arrives just in time for Valentine’s Day.

For more, here’s the logline: “It’s worth a shot. Mickey and Gus face commitment and all that comes with it as they attempt to bring order to their chaotic lives.”

Egos clash and heartbreak ensues, but it seems that no matter what happens between Mickey and Gus in the short-term, they’ll both return in 2018 with Love season 3. Judd Apatow returns as producer, and is flanked by fellow co-creators Lesley Arfin (Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Awkward) and Paul Rust (Arrested Development).

All 12 episodes of Love season 2 will premiere via Netflix on March 10th, lending you just enough time to binge through the second helping of Judd Apatow’s romantic comedy before Iron Fist pummels his way onto the streaming service one week later.
