Promo For Arrow’s 100th Episode Teases “Invasion!” And The Return Of Some Familiar Faces

Following tonight's blockbuster episode of The Flash, The CW has released a first look at the "Invasion!" crossover's third chapter. Taking place in the 100th episode of Arrow, this is clearly going to be a big instalment for both the four night event and the Emerald Archer's ongoing adventures, as he's given what appears to be a perfect life.

Of course, it’s all a scheme by the Dominators to take some of these heroes off the board, and that’s going to mean the Scarlet Speedster will have to round up what’s left of them to take on the aliens. The most exciting part of this episode of Arrow though is going to be seeing the return of everyone from Laurel Lance to Moira Queen and Deathstroke.

For more on what to expect from tomorrow’s Arrow – which is once again titled “Invasion!” – here’s the official synopsis:

Oliver (Stephen Amell) wakes up to a life where he never got on The Queen’s Gambit. Robert (guest star Jamey Sheridan) and Moira Queen (guest star Susanna Thompson) are alive and well. Laurel (guest star Katie Cassidy) is his loving fiancée and their wedding is imminent. Everything seems perfect, but Oliver starts to notice small imperfections that make him question this new reality. Meanwhile, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and the recruits take on a new threat with help from The Flash (guest star Grant Gustin) and Supergirl (guest star Melissa Benoist).

Many fans were disappointed that Supergirl only featured a minute or so of crossover action, but The Flash more than made up for that tonight as it introduced us to new characters, pitted the heroes against each other, and even shed some light on the message from the future which an older Barry Allen left for Rip Hunter.

We’ll have to wait and see what surprises Arrow has in store for us tomorrow, but it’s pretty obvious that it’s going to be another must-watch as this event races towards its conclusion on Thursday.
