It’s become something of a trope for superheroes to lose their powers at some point, but it’s always fun to watch, and seeing Supergirl attempting to deal with being human for 24 hours promises to be enjoyable for fans of the series.

Here’s the synopsis for the episode – titled “Human for a Day” – courtesy of CBS:

Kara and her friends must rely on their inner strength and courage when an earthquake strikes National City. Also, Alex’s mistrust of Hank reaches a breaking point when the earthquake traps them in the DEO with Jemm (Charles Halford), a powerful alien escapee, on SUPERGIRL, Monday, December 7th on CBS.

Following the news of a full season order for Supergirl, things are looking up for the show despite a slight drop in ratings. The network is clearly happy with the way it’s performing, especially as the show is doing over 40% better than what they had in the same timeslot last year, and we’re excited to see how it continues to play out.
