You may remember a while back when it was revealed that at some point we would be meeting an adolescent take on Kal-El (AKA Clark Kent, AKA Superman) on the CBS Supergirl TV series. Well, now, Kryptonsite has found out that he will be played by an actor named Daniel DiMaggio, and he’ll be introduced during season 1 episode 13, which is titled “For The Girl Who Has Everything.”

DiMaggio doesn’t have a lot of roles under his cape just yet, but he has appeared in the likes of Tales of Halloween (2015), A Tiger’s Tail (2014) and Divide & Conquer (2014).

How exactly this younger incarnation of the Man of Steel will be introduced is being kept under wraps for now, but we do know from the previous report that it will be through a series of flashbacks (the prevailing theory is actually dream sequence), and that his scenes will “establish the cherished bond between him and Kara.”

The “For The Girl Who Has Everything” episode of Supergirl will air February 8 on The CW.
