Daemon’s TV is reporting that actor Tom Sizemore has joined the cast of Hawaii Five-0. He’ll come on board “as the head of Internal Affairs for a multi-episode arc” and his character will be investigating the team’s behaviour and extracurricular activities.

Sizemore is the second actor that has recently joined the show, with Terry O’Quinn being the first. O’Quinn will be playing a “Navy Seal Lt. Commander who trained Alex O’Loughlin’s McGarrett in Coronado. He also holds some of the answers to the mysteries surrounding the respective murders of McGarrett’s mother and father.”

Looks like the producers are really looking to spice things up for next season. Both O’Quinn and Sizemore are great additions to an already entertaining show and I’m very excited to see both actors appear on the show.

Sizemore is known for playing tough/no-nonsense character so he should be able to kill it in his role here. Legal troubles aside, the man is a solid actor who has given a few very strong performances over the years. Notable roles in films like Saving Private Ryan, Heat and Bringing Out The Dead gave the actor a chance to show off his talents and personally, I’m all for this casting choice.

What do you think? Excited to see Tom Sizemore on the show?
