To kick things off, we’re starting out with the Girl of Steel herself, as Supergirl has now moved to The CW and had its season 2 premiere earlier tonight. Our very own Robert Yaniz already brought you his thoughts on the episode, but TV Talk is here to give you a different take on the events of the premiere, running through the highs and the lows and what worked and what didn’t.

Meanwhile, the inhabitant of the landing pod is revealed.” It’s a slightly flawed though mostly satisfying start to the new season, and it’s certainly left us wanting more.

For our full thoughts on tonight’s outing of Supergirl, check out the video above and be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel, as we’ll be back next week to recap episode 2, “The Last Children Of Krypton.”
