After a nice spring hiatus, The CW has given us plenty to look forward to on The Vampire Diaries returning to the air on Thursday, March 15th with episode 316, 1912.

As we’ve come to expect from any decent episode of The Vampire Diaries, it looks like there are more than enough flashbacks to keep things interesting. If the title ‘1912’ wasn’t enough to give it away, the overwhelming number of stills that have been released definitely make the point.

Guest starring in this episode as Sage, a vampire who taught our beloved bad boy Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder) how to have a good time, is Cassidy Freeman. You’re guess is as good as mine for what trouble she’ll be cooking up in Mystic Falls!

The CW was nice enough to share a preview clip of the Salvatore brothers in 1912 as well. No Sage in sight, but definitely some interesting dialogue to wrap our heads around.

Check it all out below and let us know what you think.
