With the holiday season right around the corner, you can be sure there will be more than enough high quality films hitting the silver screen. Two upcoming holiday films, The Fighter and The Tourist, have each released a brand new clip today.

The Tourist, which stars Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie, is bound to be an entertaining film, especially with these two A-List actors. Now with the release of a brand new clip, we really get to see the great chemistry that these two will display.

The director Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck (yes we know that’s a mouthful), describes the film as the following:

“It’s a love story, that’s for sure. Imagine a woman who is just so elegant and sophisticated and educated and has lived in that world and now, through a whole set of circumstances, suddenly falls in love with a guy who is not any of those things, and it just somehow confuses her whole world because that was not meant to happen.
She had it all worked out, she had this grand master plan, and neither he nor she had thought it possible that they would fall in love with each other. I have to keep the real details a secret otherwise you won’t have any fun seeing it.”

Check out the clip below.

Sorry, this video is currently unavailable.

The second film releasing an exclusive clip is The Fighter. This is a film that I am extremely excited about. Starring Mark Wahlberg, Christian Bale and Amy Adams, the film is about famous boxer ‘Irish’ Micky Ward and his trainer Dickie Eklund. Being helmed by David O. Russell, it’s shaping up into a serious Oscar contender, especially in regards to the performances by Bale and Adams. I cannot wait for this film and the clip below makes me that much more excited.

Be sure to check out both films, The Tourist and The Fighter, December 10, 2010.
