If you've been as anxious as I am to return to the land of the fastest hedgehog in the world, you'll be glad to know that you can get your hands on Sonic 4: Episode 2 as early as next month.

If you’ve been as anxious as I am to return to the land of the fastest hedgehog in the world, you’ll be glad to know that you can get your hands on Sonic 4: Episode 2 as early as next month.

The game will hit PSN on Tuesday, May 15, with the XBLA version hitting a day later. No word yet on PC or mobile versions, but we can probably expect those to be made available pretty soon afterwards.

Dust off your shoes, kids. Gotta go fast!
