Japan Will Receive A 3DS Version Of Animal Crossing This Fall

This news comes to us from Nintendo, which held a livestream conference today. Nothing was mentioned about an effort to localize the first party game for North American audiences, but I wouldn’t be surprised if that ends up happening. After all, the Animal Crossing series is pretty popular here. I spent well over a year playing the GameCube version on a daily basis, making sure to sign on at specific times for unique events and giveaways.
