The Simpsons has been a cultural institution since first airing in 1989, but Wordle is creeping up in an attempt to cement its own status in the 21st century. The daily word challenge presents just six guesses for players, making each of them highly valuable as you search for a hard-earned win.

There’s always room to improve, and never shame in needing a few gentle tips and hints, and here are just to few to help send you on your way.

5-letter words with “E,” “I,” and “N” in them

Despite the limited number of potential answers, there isn’t any clear swing in the types of words found. A diverse range of nouns, verbs, and adjectives in the mixer, so a good plan may just be to throw something and see what sticks. Wordle becomes easier as you expand your vocabulary, as well as just by reading as much as you can.
