Maroon 5 and Wiz Khalifa have released the music video for their new smash hit Payphone. The track is the first single off the band’s upcoming album Overexposed, due June 26.

The song, despite being overplayed to death at this point, is quite catchy and though Wiz feels a bit out of place (Wiz Khalifa on a Maroon 5 song? Really?), I do like it.

Levine’s infectious voice makes for a great hook and like in most of the band’s recent tracks, he steals the show. Payphone is a bit airy and Levine’s falsetto may annoy some listeners but for now, I’m enjoying it.
