Double Fine has given us our first look at Ron Gilbert’s latest game by sending out a press invite to an upcoming event in the form of an actual puzzle that when put together forms concept art for the game.

We still don’t know anything about the game, other than the idea “predates Maniac Mansion and Monkey Island“, but judging from the artwork it appears to have a rather dark and creepy atmosphere.

As more details about Ron Gilbert’s title are released we will report it here.
