The NBA revealed the participants for their 2012 draft combine today. While not as mainstream noteworthy as the NFL combine, the NBA combine is just as important to the NBA general managers and scouts. With the NBA Draft only consisting of two rounds, and with so many foreign players being selected it’s likely that some of the 60 invitees won’t even be drafted.
The Combine will take place in Chicago on June 7th and 8th, with the Draft itself on June 28 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. The NBA Draft Lottery, or what could be called the Anthony Davis Sweepstakes, will be held on May 30th. The just awful 7 win Charlotte Bobcats will have the best chance at the top pick.
Here are the 60 players invited to the combine;
