The first footage from the highly anticipated Django Unchained has surfaced today and we have it below for your viewing pleasure. Yes, that’s right, we now have our first glimpse of footage from the new Quentin Tarantino film.

Admittedly, we don’t really get a whole lot here. It’s only a 30 second clip from Entertainment Tonight and considering that a full trailer will drop later this week, it’s not worth going too in depth on this one.

That being said, the film does look very exciting. The clip focuses on Leonardo DiCaprio, Jamie Foxx and Christoph Waltz and everyone looks to be in top form. We don’t get much insight into the film with what’s given here but what I’ve seen does have me eagerly anticipating the full trailer, which we’ll have for you in the coming days.

Django Unchained will make its way into theatres on Christmas Day. Check out the trailer preview below.
