This very day happens to be the official release date for one of 2012's most over-the-top video games: Lollipop Chainsaw. Suda 51 and the team from Grasshopper Manufacture have created a game that looks to mix Buffy the Vampire Slayer with zombies, rainbows, sexuality and outrageous moves.

This very day happens to be the official release date for one of 2012’s most over-the-top video games: Lollipop Chainsaw. Suda 51 and the team from Grasshopper Manufacture have created a game that looks to mix Buffy the Vampire Slayer with zombies, rainbows, sexuality and outrageous moves. If that sounds like something you’d be interested in, then check out the game’s Grindhouse-style launch trailer below.

Lollipop Chainsaw is now available on both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Dubbed as a short, but fun ride, it’s apparently a game that promotes replay value by enticing players to better their scores.
