Square Enix has revealed that British-born actress Camilla Luddington is the voice and motion-capture actor for Lara Croft in the upcoming Tomb Raider game.

Luddington, 29, has most recently played Kate Middleton in the TV movie William & Kate, portrayed Lizzie in Californication, and will appear in the fifth season of True Blood as Claudette.

She will hold the distinction as being the first actress to do both the voice and motion capture work for Lara Croft in a Tomb Raider game. Previous Lara actresses Keeley Hawes and Minnie Driver only provided voice work for the character.

Tomb Raider is currently scheduled to launch on March 5, 2013 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
