Family Guy Executive Producer Mark Hentemann has confirmed that Twilight actor Kellan Lutz will guest star on an upcoming episode of the show.
Although Lutz has been busy filming the Twilight saga, with the final film in the five-part series arriving in theaters on November 16th, he has appeared on several television shows over the last few years. Notably, he’s had roles in Heroes, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and the new 90210.
In his episode of Family Guy, Lutz will be voicing a football player that sparks Meg’s interest. Hentlemann adds a bit more to this description that will keep fans guessing though, stating: “he’s interested in another member of the Griffin family-and its not one of the woman.”
Though it may not exactly be the brawny vampire Emmett Cullen that we’ve come to know and adore, for Twilight fans, it will still be worth a watch.
