Over on Twitter, video footage from the 2019 event has resurfaced, which hilariously showcases Pascal falling asleep during the festivities. The clip of Pascal sleeping was originally revealed on model Bella Hadid’s Instagram account when she went live during the event. In the video, Pascal’s close friend and fellow celebrity Sarah Paulson is seen cracking jokes and smiling while Pascal is fast asleep behind her. You can check out the clip for yourself down below.
With the 2023 Met Gala taking place today, it makes perfect sense as to why the old video would return to the public eye amid Pascal’s burning popularity. To make it all better, a handful of Twitter users even insisted that you can hear Pascal snoring in the background if you listen closely.
On the other hand, with Pascal being a known jokester who is quite playful most of the time, it’s entirely possible he was only just joking around and making it seem like he was asleep just for fun. Considering this is the same celebrity who danced with a Clicker in an SNL video, we certainly wouldn’t be surprised.
